- Supervise monthly close for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior and staff accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-standards environment
- Oversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for CT and Canadian operations
- Act as business partner to operations, pricing, and finance leadership, driving process improvements and cross-functional projects
- Approve treasury functions, including weekly disbursement runs and wire payment releases
- Key contact for internal and external audit.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- BS Degree in Accounting (CPA Preferred)
- 5-7 years directly from Public Accounting with manufacturing related clients, experienced as a Manager level. OR
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing accounting staff
- Strong systems aptitude; experience with large ERP implementations preferred
