- Drive accurate tax provision calculations with deep focus on ASC 740 and compliance across US and state jurisdictions
- Deliver timely completion and filing of key federal (1120, 5472, 5471, 1099s) and state corporate tax returns
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency in recurring tax/accounting work
- Collaborate cross-functionally across US and Canada offices to ensure unified compliance and reporting
- Serve as a technical accounting expert within a dynamic, growing department
- 3–5 years of corporate tax experience, including both tax provision (ASC 740) and compliance in multi-state US context
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (with strong direct tax experience)
- Advanced Excel proficiency and demonstrated ability to optimize processes via technology or software
