As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies
- Perform three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer
- Maintain vendor records and ensure proper 1099 reporting
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve aged items or payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
