- Perform duties related to a timely and accurate month-end close
- Monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of financial and operating reports, including trial balances, adjustments, and closing entries
- Support analysis and interpretation of accounting records for management use
- Serve as backup to the Accounts Payable bookkeeper
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
- Prepare state and federal requested reports and assist with Form 990 preparation
- Support additional accounting projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or graduating May 2026)
- 3–5 years of Staff Accounting experience OR
- Recent graduates must have relevant internships, co-ops, or volunteer accounting experience
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
