Personal Injury Paralegal (temporary)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmPay Range: $35-$40/hourDuration: March 2 - March 31 (ideally starting sooner for overlap/training) Position Overview:Handle all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including:Client intake and correspondenceCoordinate and assist with medical treatmentCollect and organize medical recordsManage deadlinesSchedule court appearances and depositionsDrafting, propounding, and responding to discoveryDraft initial pleadingsOngoing client communicationSupporting the attorney as neededQualifications:3 years of personal injury paralegal experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to manage complex procedural informationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable in a fast-paced environment
