Sort Operator (Swing Shift)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $26–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sort Operator to join a semiconductor Die Fab team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a critical role where precision and accuracy are essential to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated circuits used in advanced electronic products.
Position Overview:
As a Sort Operator, you will be responsible for handling delicate semiconductor components with care and precision. Your work will directly impact product quality, requiring strict adherence to product documentation and engineering specifications. You will collaborate with engineering teams and trainers while continuing to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and inspect delicate integrated circuits with a high level of accuracy
- Follow detailed product documentation and engineering specifications
- Operate semi-automated equipment and computer-based systems
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and trainers to meet production goals
- Adapt to new processes, tools, and evolving job requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous manufacturing experience
