Position Summary
Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production machinery, packaging finished products, and safely transporting materials using forklifts and other equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Package finished beverage products according to company quality and safety standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as needed
- Accurately complete production and quality control documentation
- Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, GMPs, and safety procedures
- Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Experience operating production or packaging machinery is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to work in production/warehouse setting
Schedule
- Full-time; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
