Pay: $21/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10PM

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our HOA office team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle various administrative and facility-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.
• Address general inquiries in person, via phone, and through email.
• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to residents and visitors.
• Contact contractors and vendors to address resident concerns or facility maintenance issues.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Inspect and maintain shared amenities ensuring facilities are clean and orderly.
• Follow a detailed checklist to complete closing procedures daily.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional attitude, appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
