Project Manager – Multifamily Construction (175-Unit Podium Project)
We’re working with a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of multifamily podium and wrap projects. They are looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead a 175-unit ground-up podium development, with multiple projects lined up behind it.
The Role:
You’ll take full ownership of the project from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with ownership, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget. This is a key hire with clear progression into Senior PM as the pipeline continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full project lifecycle (precon → construction → closeout)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control
- Lead buyout process and subcontractor negotiations
- Coordinate with Superintendent to drive on-site execution
- Maintain strong relationships with ownership, consultants, and vendors
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance across the project
- Provide regular reporting on project financials and progress
Project Details:
- 175-unit podium multifamily (wood over concrete)

- Strong backlog of similar projects in the pipeline
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in construction project management
- Proven experience delivering multifamily podium or wrap projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
