As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a Director by helping manage the day-to-day operations behind critical initiatives—keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward.

You will support project execution and ensure smooth coordination across initiatives.

- Update project schedules and track progress
- Monitor risks and flag any issues for leadership
- Documentation & Meeting Support
- Capture meeting notes and track action items
- Assist in preparing weekly status updates
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Draft professional emails and communications
- Support follow-ups with team members and stakeholders
- Resource Coordination
- Help organize documents and materials in Google Workspace
- Detail-Oriented Strong organization and follow-through
- Tech-Savvy Comfortable using Google Workspace and virtual tools
- Strong Communicator Clear, professional written and verbal skills
