Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for leading all field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily construction activities, and driving project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain and enforce project schedules, proactively addressing delays
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and jobsite standards
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and ownership teams
- Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing of work
- Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and execution
- Identify and resolve field issues in real time to keep projects moving
- Maintain detailed daily reports, logs, and documentation
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met or exceeded
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
