Location: Tampa, Florida (Downtown)

Salary: $70k base uncapped commission

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Centurion Selection is a growing executive search firm with a strong foothold in the U.S. construction market and offices across Texas, Florida, and London. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Principal Consultant to launch and build out a new Property Management vertical market within our Tampa office.

This is a true opportunity to own your market. You’ll be responsible for developing this new vertical from the ground up, using our existing client relationships as a foundation while driving new business and establishing yourself in the space.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment - someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge and can operate independently while building a new revenue stream from

day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, launch, and scale a new Property Management recruitment vertical market from the ground up

• Develop new business opportunities while leveraging existing client relationships for cross-selling

• Own and grow your desk with full accountability for revenue generation

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement

• Build long-term relationships with senior professionals and decision-makers in the property management space

• Establish yourself as a market expert within your vertical

• Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets in a high-performance environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in 360 agency recruitment

• Strong billing history and consistent individual performance

• Demonstrated success in winning new business and developing client relationships

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to build a market from scratch (and a team around you eventually)

• Comfortable working autonomously with a high level of ownership

• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills

• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
