Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 10% Annual Bonus

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant Analyst with strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. You will work closely with operations and leadership to improve business performance and support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cost accounting, including standard costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate financial variances.
• Partner with operations to improve financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Excel Macros or Power BI.
• Participate in continuous improvement and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 2-5 years of cost accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience is required; aerospace manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Macros is highly preferred.
• Ability to explain projects where you improved processes, automated reporting, or worked closely with operations.
