Title : Senior Cost Accountant

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 10% Annual Bonus
We're seeking an Accountant Analyst to join our team in Devens, MA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment who enjoys partnering with operations to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing and financial analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
- Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Analyze P&L and balance sheet impacts of operational activities
- Drive process improvements and financial automation (Excel Macros, Power BI)
- Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 2–5 years of general and cost accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience required (Aerospace preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; CAS/FAR knowledge is a plus
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and automation experience preferred.
