Position Summar

ySeeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and team leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving safety compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives

.Key Responsibilitie

• sManage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
• .Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff
• .Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock management
• .Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• .Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
• .Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare performance reports
• .Manage warehouse equipment and operational budgets
• .Drive Lean initiatives, 5S, process improvements, and waste reduction

.Requirement

• sBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• .5–7 years of manufacturing warehouse, shipping, receiving, or materials management experience
• .Previous Warehouse Manager or leadership experience
• .Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations
• .Experience with SAP, WMS, and inventory management systems
• .Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• .Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• .Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S
• .APICS certification is a plus
