We're hiring an Accountant Analyst to join our manufacturing finance team in Devens, MA! If you have a strong background in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll partner with Operations and Finance to drive profitability, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insights that support business decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Manufacturing cost accounting professionals with automation experience are highly encouraged to apply.

• Perform general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage standard cost accounting, analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, variances, and their impact on the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, compliance, and GAAP accounting practices.
• Partner with Operations to analyze production costs and identify process improvements.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Excel Macros, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Support audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and special cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in General Ledger and Cost Accounting.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required (Aerospace manufacturing is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Excel Macros, or financial reporting automation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
