Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold resident care standards
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred, but willing to train
- Experience in a rehab center, nursing home, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting preferred, but willing to train
