Our client are a PE-backed financial services organization, who are looking to hire a standalone Recruiter to join their lean team.
This is a nimble organization, where you will work directly with the Head of HR. In this role you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for recruiting strategy, talent pipeline development, and candidate experience. You will work directly with senior leaders to translate business goals into actionable hiring plans and play a key role in elevating the organization’s talent brand and hiring rigor.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skill-set across broader HR responsibilities, working to help build out the People function.
Key Focus Areas
- Recruiting Strategy & Ownership: Managing full‑cycle recruiting across all functions, translating business needs into hiring plans, building pipelines for critical and recurring roles, refining interview processes and hiring standards & maintaining real‑time recruiting dashboards and insights.
- Partnership With Hiring Managers: Scoping roles and defining success criteria, advising on job design and market benchmarks, driving interview structure, alignment, and decision‑making quality & coaching managers on best‑practice interviewing.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively identifying talent through multiple channels, running structured initial screens, ensuring a high‑touch, thoughtful candidate experience & managing offers in partnership with HR.
- Process, Compliance & Talent Brand: Optimizing ATS workflows, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, refreshing job descriptions and candidate communications & supporting DEI hiring initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional HR Support: contributing to workforce planning, supporting onboarding and performance programs & collaborating with HR and Finance on headcount forecasting.
Qualifications That Defined Success
- 4-8 years of recruiting experience in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments (financial services or technology sector exposure is a strong plus).
- Ability to recruit for both technical and non‑technical roles.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Advanced sourcing abilities for hard‑to-fill roles.
- Data-driven approach to tracking and improving recruiting processes.
- High professionalism and discretion.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
