Our client are looking for a highly experienced HR Operations Senior Associate to join their global Human Resources team. This role requires a strong background in HR processes and technical capability to support data-driven decision-making. You will manage critical operational workflows and play a key role in shaping process improvements while providing leadership within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute HR operational processes, including background checks, title recommendations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent teams to support organizational initiatives.
- Manage employee queries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Support case study assessments and data analysis for HR projects.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data manipulation.
- Fluency in SQL and Python preferred, however R or MatLab experience will also be considered.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical tools and languages.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and high-volume workflows.
- Experience in financial services and/or technology environments preferred.
- Strong academic pedigree and/or exceptional work experience.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
