What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across architecture and interior design
- Source and engage experienced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and our CRM (Bullhorn)
- Manage pipelines for direct-hire and executive searches
- Provide candidates with a professional, well-guided, intentional experience
- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and guide them through each stage to ensure they’re informed, prepared, and supported
- Ability to travel to New York City occasionally for team and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; field of study flexible
- 3 years of agency recruiting experience, ideally in architecture, interior design, or creative services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong sourcing ability and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with CRM/ATS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with direct placements and executive searches
- Ability to maintain a thoughtful, well-managed candidate experience

What We Offer

- Base salary (60 -70k) uncapped commission, paid per placement (every placement earns commission, no thresholds or minimums)
