Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fro.nt Desk Agent to join our team at an extended stay hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available at the resort.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Experience
