Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, providing information about hotel services, and addressing guest inquiries with exceptional customer service. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle reservations and provide accurate information regarding room availability.
• Perform night audit duties accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room and lobby readiness.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Experience

• Experience working overnights is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
