What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a spotless environment.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain efficient operations and uphold hospitality standards.
- Uphold janitorial best practices while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
