Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. ****Position includes overnight shifts from 11pm-7am and a mix between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts***** No set schedules. Must be open to work weekends and holidays.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring all information is correctly processed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service
- Support night audit procedures when scheduled, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with patience, tact, and enthusiasm
