Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers to provide an outstanding service experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage the Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, especially during banquets and catering events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating strong cash handling skills.
• Provide recommendations on drink pairings and menu items based on customer preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends in brewing and mixology to continuously enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or mixology experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a knack for creating positive guest interactions.
• Proficient in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and food handling practices is essential.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Experience with Toast POS or Micros POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• A background in food service or the food industry will be beneficial to your success in this role.
