Hotel Front Desk

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at our resort. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your ability to manage guest relations and provide exceptional service will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Manage phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and reservations with professionalism.
• Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve any service issues.
• Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to policies and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management practices and guest services.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills for effective guest relations.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
