Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain their appearance and longevity.
• Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Ensure sanitation standards are upheld by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as ovens, refrigerators, sinks, and fixtures to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities in commercial or hospitality environments by managing janitorial tasks with precision and care.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning protocols.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning checklists and safety guidelines.
