Job Overview: We are currently looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the nightly operations, reconcile financial transactions, and provide exceptional hospitality services to our guests. Duties: - Conduct night audit processes to verify and balance entries, including room charges and taxes - Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins or early morning check-outs - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and complete reports for management - Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular property walks - Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless transition between shifts - Assist in preparing breakfast service and setting up for the morning shift Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences - Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic accounting principles - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply for this rewarding Night Auditor position.
