Landscape Salesperson

Our client is a fast-growing, full-service lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow removal company serving the Metro Detroit area. The primary objective is to help the company scale by aggressively closing inbound leads, building long-term client relationships, and proactively hunting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales leads for lawn, landscape, hardscape, and snow services.
• Generate new business proactively through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Meet with residential and commercial clients locally to accurately assess their needs and recommend optimal services.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates and service proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline by following up on quotes, closing deals, and maintaining accurate records in Jobber (CRM).
• Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee a smooth, successful project handoff after closing.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients while representing the company professionally.
  
  

Requirements

• Direct experience in the landscape industry is required.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, with a strong plus for service, construction, or B2B backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the confidence to converse with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
• Highly organized, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally within the territory.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Jobber or similar) is highly advantageous.
• Must be hungry, competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable taking full ownership of results.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $40,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience.
