Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive landscape design plans, including hardscape, planting, grading, and lighting layouts.
- Conduct detailed site evaluations and analyze environmental factors to ensure optimal design feasibility and sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define project goals, establish budgets, and align on aesthetic preferences.
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D renderings, and detailed construction documents to effectively communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with contractors, nursery vendors, and internal installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Present design proposals and progress updates clearly and persuasively to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in landscape design or architecture.
- High proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep knowledge of plant materials, hardscape materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a proven track record of balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous landscape design projects from initial concept to completion.
- Base salary $75,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience
