- Manage project schedules, materials, PA-1 calls, and crew oversight.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with designers, sales, and foremen to ensure smooth execution.
- Motivate crews, maintain positive culture, and identify training needs.
- Handle customer issues, change orders, and special projects.
- Monitor industry best practices for landscaping and hardscaping.
- Ensure jobs are completed to quality standards and communicate with sales upon completion.
- Leadership experience in landscaping or construction.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of horticulture and hardscape practices.
