This is a "road warrior" role requiring regional travel four to five days a week, focusing on mitigating flooding and erosion to protect our communities.Compensation & Benefits$20 - $24 / hour.Weekly pay and direct deposit.Healthcare, vision, and dental insurance options.401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 3.5%.100% company-paid life insurance and long-term disability.Paid time off and company-paid holidays.Comprehensive travel coverage including directly billed lodging, company vehicle with fuel card, and daily per diem for meals.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of watershed management Service Technicians to maintain and improve storm drainage systems and ponds.Operate large commercial landscaping equipment, including Ventracs, track mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, and blowers.Dispose of sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems.Maintain and safely operate company equipment, including a pick-up truck and trailer.Complete detailed maintenance and inspection reports while tracking crew expenses.Utilize an iPad app to manage work orders, upload photos, enter notes, and track time.RequirementsExperience operating basic and commercial landscaping equipment.Willingness to travel regionally four to five days a week.Ability to perform extensive physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.Maintain a current and valid driver's license and remain insurable under the company's auto policy.Obtain and maintain a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical.Successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and driving record review.Commitment to maintaining the company's "No Jerk" culture.
