Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Clarkston, MI, for the role of Landscape Laborer. The Landscape Laborer will support all aspects of landscape projects, including planting, mulching and assisting in the construction of features like retaining walls, patios, and walkways. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and machinery, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of job sites.
Qualifications (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY)
- Experience with planting, mulching, and general landscaping practices is A PLUS
- Ability to safely operate various landscaping tools
- Skills in hardscape construction, including retaining walls, patios, and walkways are A PLUS
- Strong ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in landscaping
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
