Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping experience
- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Strong communication skills with both crew members and customers

- Willingness to learn, improve, and grow with the company
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with daily landscaping and property maintenance projects
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers on job sites
- Answer basic customer questions and represent the company in a professional manner
- Keep customers informed when needed regarding the work being completed
- Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely
- Help keep crews efficient, organized, and productive
- Maintain clean, professional-looking job sites
- Deliver high-quality work and strong customer service
