SEC Reporting Manager – Public Company

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, publicly traded company to identify an SEC Reporting Manager to join their corporate accounting team.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership, responsible for driving external reporting, technical accounting, and compliance in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
The Opportunity
This role will own key aspects of the company’s SEC reporting process, ensuring accurate, timely filings while partnering across finance and leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Ideal for someone coming out of public accounting or a public company reporting role looking to step into a broader, more impactful seat.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
- Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
- Coordinate closely with external auditors and manage audit timelines
- Research and document technical accounting matters
- Support quarterly earnings process and related deliverables
- Assist with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and operational teams
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and controls
What They’re Looking For
- CPA required
- 5–8 years of accounting experience
- Strong background in SEC reporting and technical accounting
- Big 4 experience highly preferred
- Experience in a public company environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
