- Maintain and update XBRL tagging for all SEC filings.
- Research and analyze new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Assist with earnings releases, investor presentations, and other public disclosures.
- Support internal controls and process improvements related to financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 6 years of experience in SEC reporting, public accounting, or financial reporting for a public company.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance.
- Experience with XBRL and SEC filing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
