Senior Asset Manager (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Lead asset strategy and execute multi-year business plans

• Drive NOI growth (rent strategy, ancillary income, expense control)

• Partner directly with Operations to improve asset performance

• Oversee major capex and value-add initiatives

• Manage debt strategy, financing, and real estate tax processes

• Support acquisitions from underwriting through execution

• Mentor and develop a team

• 2 to 3 direct reports

Qualifications:

• 10 years in real estate/asset management

• manufactured housing or multifamily unit experience

• experience with $100 million in assets

• Proven track record improving asset performance

• Strong financial and strategic skillset

• Leadership experience with the ability to influence
