Brightside Windows is hiring in the Boston area, and we're looking for personable, motivated people who are ready to learn sales and put their communication skills to work.
Whether you're coming from a restaurant, retail store, customer service job, gym, construction crew, or you're simply ready for something new, previous sales experience isn't required.
You'll earn $17 per hour plus performance bonuses while receiving hands-on training and ongoing coaching from our team.
What You'll Do
Your role is to start conversations with homeowners and help create opportunities for our sales team.
- Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Boston area
- Talk with homeowners face-to-face
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our services
- Build interest and schedule free in-home consultations
- Keep track of appointments and daily activity
- Work toward individual and team goals
You won't be responsible for completing the in-home sale. Your focus is connecting with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team.
