Brightside Windows is expanding in Sacramento, CA, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our growing sales team.
This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17 per hour, plus performance bonuses and employee benefits offered.
No sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role, build confidence, and increase your earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners throughout Sacramento-area neighborhoods
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our services
- Generate interest and schedule free consultations
- Conduct face-to-face neighborhood outreach
- Track daily activity and appointments
- Work toward individual and team goals

What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone

Experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, athletics, fitness, construction, or other people-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
