Entry Level Sales Appointment Setter

Brightside Windows is growing in Indianapolis, and we're hiring competitive, outgoing people to join our sales team.

You'll earn $17 per hour plus performance bonuses as a full-time W-2 employee with benefits offered.

No sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching — you bring the energy, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners throughout Indianapolis-area neighborhoods
• Introduce Brightside Windows and our services
• Generate interest and schedule free consultations
• Conduct face-to-face neighborhood outreach
• Track daily activity and appointments
• Work toward individual and team goals

• 18 years or older
• Confident and comfortable talking with new people

• Comfortable staying active and working outdoors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone

Experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, athletics, fitness, hospitality, automotive, warehouse, construction, or other fast-paced environments is a plus, but not required.
