What You Will Do
- Handle escalated tickets for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
- Assist with migrations, upgrades, and deployments with guidance from senior engineers
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including VPNs and firewalls
- Contribute to cloud implementations and system improvements
- Document resolutions, share best practices, and maintain accurate client records
- Provide excellent service while managing multiple client environments
What You Bring
- Two or more years of experience in a Managed Services Provider
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and Windows Server
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, VLANs, DNS, and VPNs
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail in documentation
- A proactive mindset and an eagerness to continue learning and earning certifications
