We are a growing Managed and Cloud Services Provider helping clients across North America modernize their infrastructure through secure, scalable Microsoft solutions. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for an Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who thrives on autonomy, technical excellence, and client engagement.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who loves seeing projects through—from scoping and planning to full delivery and optimization. You’ll work closely with business leaders and technical stakeholders to design and implement cloud and hybrid environments that elevate our clients’ IT operations.
Day to Day
- Deliver full lifecycle Azure and Microsoft 365 projects, including migrations, deployments, and server builds
- Lead onboarding and cloud transition initiatives for new and existing clients
- Configure and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Active Directory integrations
- Oversee configuration and deployment of firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure
- Design and implement reliable backup, storage, and recovery solutions
- Document project milestones, client communications, and technical processes
- Partner with clients to communicate progress, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
Required Experience
- Strong background in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, including tenant-to-tenant migrations and Entra ID implementations
- 2 years in a Managed Services Provider or IT consulting environment
- Solid experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and Group Policy management
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and data protection (Datto, Acronis, etc.)
- Working knowledge of firewall and network configuration (Meraki, Sophos, or SonicWall)
- Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) or actively pursuing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical detail into business value

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
