We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead our national Help Desk and Projects teams. This is a leadership role that requires previous MSP and Engineering experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, mentorship, and operational excellence. You’ll guide solution architecture, standardize tools, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation with proven leadership experience in an MSP environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Professional Services function, including Project Delivery and Security teams
- Oversee strategy, technical alignment, and operational execution
- Provide technical direction and escalation support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure solutions
- Standardize internal processes, tools, and documentation for consistent client outcomes
- Drive project delivery from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Coach and develop engineers through structured EOS-style 1:1s and growth plans
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience managing project and security teams within an MSP
- Strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune
- Working knowledge of cloud and endpoint security, IAM, SIEM/logging, and compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, HIPAA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills — you motivate teams to perform at their best
- Familiarity with tools like WatchGuard, Datto, IT Glue, Keeper, Microsoft Purview, and Sentinel is a plus
- Previous exposure to EOS or similar operational systems preferred
