Our client, a Private Equity firm in downtown Boston, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role extends beyond the traditional responsibilities of an EA, and will be a true right hand and strategic partner. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills, along with the ability to seamlessly manage both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic support partner to the CEO.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide an executive level of administrative support which will include but is not limited to phone and email management, correspondence, calendar organization, task management
- Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and discretion
- Partner closely with internal teams (investments, operations, legal, finance) to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
- Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and internal leadership meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Provide personal assistance as needed, including managing personal appointments, travel, and schedules
- Liaise with personal vendors and service providers on behalf of the CEO
- Handle sensitive personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality
- Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives as directed by the CEO
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 of C-level support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in private equity or financial services preferred
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
