Our client, a software development company, is hiring a Procurement & Solutions Support Associate to join their team! This role works closely with consulting and sales teams to help deliver hardware and software solutions to clients. You’ll play a key role in preparing proposals, coordinating with vendor partners, and supporting the end-to-end procurement process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in technology, sales support, and client-facing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support consultants and sales team members by preparing hardware and software proposals and solution recommendations.
- Research products, pricing, and vendor options to help identify the best solutions for client needs.
- Assist with the full procurement lifecycle, including proposal creation, order placement, order tracking, and client communication.
- Monitor client renewals and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
- Create and review weekly reports related to procurement activity.
- Support management with special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- Provide occasional front-desk or reception backup support as needed.
