Step into a pivotal role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. As a contracted SLP, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, students, and families to deliver vital speech and language interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP certification
- Pennsylvania teaching certification required (must be included with resume)
- Experience providing speech-language services to K-12 students
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple school locations
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students per IEP requirements
- Perform screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement individual education plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and parents, providing resources and strategies to support student success
- Provide district-wide services, traveling as needed between school sites
- Uphold best practices and ethical standards in all areas of service delivery
