Embark on an impactful contract opportunity shaping the educational journey of students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a School Psychologist. This onsite role offers two openings for professionals who are ready to support the diverse needs of a district-wide caseload. The assignment will run from August 3, 2026, through June 7, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours and flexible daily shifts of either 8:50 am–3:30 pm or 7:30 am–2:20 pm.
Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist certification/licensure appropriate for K–12 settings.
- Proven experience conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans in school environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
- Demonstrated excellence in supporting students with a range of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- High level of organization, adaptability, and efficient time management.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice within educational settings.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of comprehensive psychological services, including testing, counseling, and crisis intervention, for assigned students across the district.
- Facilitate data-driven Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), participate in eligibility meetings, and contribute to the Response to Intervention (RTI) process.
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student success and implement effective strategies for learning and behavior.
- Provide timely documentation and maintain student records in accordance with district and legal guidelines.
