Required Qualifications:
- Experience providing therapy in a school setting and documenting services
- Skilled in using digital tools such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office for communication and documentation
- Registered or eligible for registration as an SLPA with the North Carolina Board of Examiners (NCBOE)
- Acceptable status includes prior temporary SLPA registration or full eligibility
- Passion for working with children and supporting diverse student caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with district requirements using provided digital platforms
- Participate in team meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and communicate effectively with families and faculty
- Adjust interventions based on student needs across various age groups (details determined at assignment)
