:Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time (2 Positions)
Location: Elkton
Setting: Onsite – Supporting students across 2 school campuses
Schedule: 35 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking two onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across two school sites in Elkton, Maryland. This full-time, school-year position offers consistent hours and a collaborative school-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Document services, progress notes, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland SLP license and/or eligibility
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)
- School-based experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite across two school locations
