Key Qualifications:
- Active, valid School Psychologist license in Pennsylvania
- Experience supporting a range of student populations (early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school)
- Demonstrated knowledge of school-based psychological services, including evaluating, counseling, and planning interventions
- Flexibility to work across public and private schools as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) where appropriate
- Serve as a resource to school staff and families on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional issues
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to prevention programs
- Participate actively in student support meetings and consult on evidence-based interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school policy and regulatory standards
